Photocopying

Public Records Request

Public records requests with exact citations are available at cost for the copies and postage. Public records requests without an exact citation may be subject to a research fee of $10 per half hour in addition to the cost of copies and postage.

Research Request Fee

The research fee is $20.00 per hour plus postage & handling, and 25¢ per photocopy.

Requests are charged in half hour increments, with a minimum fee of $10.00 plus postage & handling, and 25¢ per photocopy.

Photographic Reproduction

Single Use and Not for Distribution

Copy Negatives

When a copy negative must be made to create a reprint of an original photograph, an additional charge of  $15.00 per photo is charged.  This does not apply to digital prints.

Electronic Images

Delivery methods are determined by image file size.
Reference images are less than 300 dpi. Hi-Resolution images are 300-600 dpi

Delivery Costs

Electronic or URL delivery at no additional charge
Mailed on DVD is $5 per DVD, shipping/handlng,and image cost
Mailed on CD is $5 per CD, shipping/handling, and image cost

Audio Tape

$5.00 each

Use of Materials

We request that credited use state "Courtesy of Special Collections and Archives, Wright State University"
