Fines Appeal
Procedure
Appeals to overturn fines or to establish a payment plan are
to be made to the Head of Information Delivery Services at the
library at which the fine was incurred; in the absence of the
department head, or if resolution is not satisfactory, appeals
may be made to the Associate University Librarian for the library
at which the fine was incurred.
Appeals may also be made to the University Librarian, if
resolution within the building at which the fine was incurred
is not satisfactory.
