Top Scholars Fund
The Top Scholars program began in 1995 through collaboration between the WSU Parents Association and the Friends of the Libraries to recognize the top graduating senior from each of WSU’s six colleges. This annual contribution from the WSU Parents Association has been added to the Book Support Fund program.
