Nov. 1964. Eugene W. Kettering, Chairman of the Board of the Air Force Museum Foundation, and Frank G. Anger, President of the Foundation, show a photograph of the model $10 million Air Force Museum to Col. William F. Curry, Director of the Museum. The Foundation plans to give the 8-acre structure to the Air Force in time to receive visitors in 1967. It will replace the current museum at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
