The University Libraries offer a variety of services for our faculty, students, staff, and community users. Please complete the appropriate form and a staff member will contact you as soon as possible.
These forms are used when you would like to request something from the Libraries. If you're a current Wright State student, staff, or faculty member and you need an article or a book that is not available here or through OhioLINK, please use the Interlibrary Loan form. If you would like to request that the Libraries purchase a book, video, or other item, please use the New Materials Request form. Booking a video for your class is easy via the Media Booking Request form. Librarians can conduct literature searches for you if you fill out the Literature Search form. Lastly, if you are having trouble connecting to or using one of our online resources, please use the Online Access Problem form.
These forms should be used when you would like to contact the Libraries or to request one of our public services. For general inquiries or if you're not sure who to ask, please fill out our Contact Us form. If you have a reference or research question, the Email a Librarian form would be appropriate. Faculty members can fill out the Instruction Session Request form if you would like to have a librarian teach your students how to do library research. If you would like a tour of the library please fill out the Library Tour request form. A librarian can work one-on-one with you if you fill out the Research Appointment Request form. Lastly, if you have a comment or suggestion for us, please use the Suggestions form.
