Presentation Practice Room
Getting ready for an in-class presentation? The Presentation Practice Room, located in Room 216 of the Dunbar Library, has the space and equipment your small group needs to practice its classroom presentation. The room’s technology is identical to that found in WSU’s electronic classrooms and includes:
- A Windows-compatible PC
- Eiki Lc-X80 Video Projector
- Extron System 5IP System Switcher
- JVC HR-XVC12S DVD/VCR player
- Smart ID-370 Sympodium
- JBL Control-26 Ceiling Speakers
- PC has the following

Reserving and Checking Out the Room
- Current WSU students may reserve the room for two-hour periods during the Dunbar Library’s regular hours.
- Reservations may be made up to one week in advance by calling the Media Desk at 937.775.3029.
- Users must present their WSU IDs when checking out the room.
- Check out the key at the Media Desk on 2nd floor of Dunbar Library (210 Dunbar Library).
- All users must sign the “Presentation Practice Room Use Agreement.”
- The room will be held for 15 minutes beyond the reservation time; after 15 minutes, the reservation will be cancelled.
Room Guidelines
- The room is intended for small groups of students to rehearse classroom presentations.
- The room must be attended at all times and locked when vacated.
- When first entering the room, please report any problems related to a previous user to the Media Desk.
- Food and drink are not permitted in the Presentation Practice Room.
- Turn off all equipment prior to checking out of the room.
- Return all furniture and equipment to its original location prior to checking out of the room.
- When finished using the room, return the key to the Media Desk.
