What are the appropriate databases to use for Nursing?

Select Nursing under the "Resources for..." heading on the Fordham Health Sciences Library's home page to help you identify relevant databases. (In addition to article databases, this nursing research guide will also help you to identify relevant web sites and other tools such as PDA software).

In addition to nursing, other subjects might be relevant to your research need. Psychology and Medicine research guides are also linked from the Fordham home page under the "Resources for..." heading. If you need to research other broad subject areas such as Education or Sociology, click the Research Guides link on the navigation menu on the left side of the Nursing page to choose a subject.

At the top of the Nursing subject page is a list of electronic databases pertinent to nursing. Listed on the following pages are descriptions of the two databases you will use most frequently.
