    Peal Harbor had a direct impact on my father in law. He enlisted in the Navy in 1942…
    He was 16… His older brothers were in the army two were POWs after the Philippines fell and both survived the Bataan death march. They were part of the NM national guard coast artillery unit. A third brother was wounded in the Guadalcanal campaign. Being a navy vet myself I was station @ Pearl.I suggest if you go to Hawaii, go see the USS Arizona memorial. OUR YOUNG GENERATION (gen X and gen y) Should understand FREEDOM NOT FREE…..
