The University of Dayton Flyers are back in the NCAA tournament this year and doing better than many expected. They play the Stanford Cardinals tonight (3/27/2014) at the FedEx Forum in Memphis, TN. Here is a look back at the last time they made it this far in the tournament, the 1983-84 Season. In March of 1984, the Flyers advanced to the “Elite Eight” round and lost to number one seeded Georgetown, 61-49.
