Introduction to Records Management

Designed for WSU staff, this session will provide guidance on the specific retention, disposal, and archiving practices to be followed for managing university documents, including the use of WSU retention schedules and disposal forms. The session will also provide an overview of recent updates to the university's Wright Way Policy regarding institutional records. Highly recommended for all WSU employees, especially business managers, administrative support personnel, and new employees.

E-mail Management

This session provides methods and practical tips for how to better organize and manage your email accounts. It includes instructions for how to determine what messages need to be kept and how to properly archive email for long term storage and access. Session will also provide simple to follow "e-mail rules" which will help protect you and the university from potential problems.
